Our supplier network in the USA is extensive. We regularly source products from the USA which are not available in Australia. The minimum quantities we can source on your behalf are significantly lower than what is required from China. Unlike Australia the USA has a large established local manufacturing base where many products are sourced. This is compared to Australia where they normally source products from the Asia Pacific Region with significantly higher minimum quantities.

Delivery into Australia usually takes 7-21 days from placement of order depending on client requirements.

China

Access to warehouses in China allows us to import a range of lower priced products in just 15 working days if not sooner. This warehouse holds manufactured stock in mainland China. This is almost unheard of as China prides itself on being manufacturers to order only not holders of stock sitting their waiting for orders to come in and we are very fortunate to access to a warehouse facility set up for the USA market.

Once an order is placed it is despatched to Branded Products arriving within 15 working days subject to available stock.
